Producer, curator, writer and photographer for Connecting Cultures: Kids Across the World. an exhibition of 150 photographs that links stories of nine individual children to global themes such as healthcare, education, war, landmines, HIV/AIDS, water, play and family, plus a panel of portraits, and a video by Jim Parker from the Galapagos Islands Trip.

Television and Radio

  • Co-produced ‘Go For It’, a six-part series for – and with – disabled children (Channel Four in England).
  • Researcher/Production Manager for ‘Bandung’, a weekly current affairs program produced by Tariq Ali, serving the West Indian and Asian communities. (Channel Four in England)
  • Produced a childcare video with Penelope Leach, the British child-care psychologist/author. (England)
  • Filmed a promotional video for the Britain/Nepal Medical Trust (about a doctor working in the Himalayas).
  • Filmed footage of street children in Guatemala, for Childhope, a non-profit organization.
  • Produced a radio program for the BBC World Service about children in Nicaragua.

Teaching Experience

  • Developed and presents the Photography and Literacy (PAL) Program at University of the Arts (Professional Institute for Educators). Philadelphia. 2003 - present
  • Developed/taught 'Personal Vison and Photojournalism' - University of the Arts. 2003
  • Developed/taught the Photojournalism Program for children (8-14 years old) - Bucks County Community College. Courses covered : digital photography, creative non-fiction, graphic design and PhotoShop.1999-2001
